• Responsible for USD 645M+ global transportation spend in FY'23 for 150+ vendors, 15+ Currencies, 5 Pfizer business and 3 Pfizer Bank partners. It consists of the normalization and validation of the data, the audit of the invoices, and the payment processing.
• Own 2 GLNS KPIs to measure Invoice cycle time & Cost per SKU against reference in monthly Tier 3 and Tier 4 to GLNS Leadership Team.
• Collaborate between GFF's, freight audit vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure an efficient “exception resolution” process.
• Managing data and collaborating with GFF's for effective freight operation quotes on a global scale.
• Designing a dashboard for the business requirement project and brainstorming with cross-functional teams in order to leverage ideas and enhance goals efficiency.
• SME for various internal and external tools, and familiar with SAP tables that identify shipment flow routes based on logistics incoterms.
• Developed business modules that will facilitate the accrual of various types of shipments.
• Ensure that vendor information is consolidate into the company's database in accordance with business requirements during the onboarding process.
• Monitoring and govern the Logistics Service Providers data quality within the Trax platform.

• Led a project workstream that focused on cleaning business rules in order to improve the quality of the data and allow the automation of various financial reporting processes (Automated budget tool).
• Successfully developed and implemented cross dock and warehouse activity invoicing. Enhance the visibility of data for the various operations and provide cost analysis.
• Six Sigma Green Belt - Cost per SKU for all the shipments moved under GLNS Division.
• Six Sigma Yellow Belt - Surface shipments rates in Europe have been adversely affected by COVID

• Monitor & control plant KPI (Inventory, Inbound premium freight, Inventory Accuracy etc.) as per budget.
• Daily material planning management - Check BOP / RM stock coverage for shortage / overstock and manage BOP / RM shortage / overstock situations.
• Worked closely on different procurement process to streamline production and inventory (PIC/PDP/MRP/JNI/LISA).
• Supplier performance management - Analyze supplier MPM and decide on improvement actions with Purchasing. During PIC, compare workload with supplier capacity.
• Monitor incoming EDI in the system: solve anomaly messages, manage demand coherence (call customer if incoherence for reprocessing).
• Review customer demand (check volume, mix and their variability against commercial agreement and last forecast), confirm and investigate with the Cust. scope of the extra / lower demand.
• Visual management system - Implemented First In First Out (FIFO)
• Experienced SAP knowledge with BOM, MRP, PR creation, payments. Supporting all Freight and Non-productive suppliers with finance for payment process.
• Responsible for local parts Inventory levels and executing appropriate counter measures for deviations from planned inventory levels (JNI/MIN/MAX stocking violations).
