As a Ramp Supervisor at Dnata I was responsible for ensuring all agents and staff follow protocol and company policy. Made routine checks to see if proper PPE is being worn like gloves, earplugs, safety toe boots, reflective vest as well.
Supervisors were required too run flights with set crews turning flights from touchdown to takeoff in a timely manner , offloading cargo and bags and getting them too there finally locations and then loading up outbound cargo and bags too get them to the next location
Also required from supervisors were daily shift briefings with crew about the task needed to be tackled and the timeframe of them as well as end of shift reports, reporting what went on throughout the day and what task were completed
