"Training Champions is an eight week training program where Team Members are invited to pair one-on-one in an immersive learning experience to learn all procedures and all systems for all positions in the Front of House and Back of House in our Chick-fil-A restaurant. Training Champions are to become experts on all policies, procedures, and systems we use here at Chick-fil-A Olive Branch during their training and will, upon graduation of the program, be used exclusively to teach and train our existing team and all new hires. These Team Members will champion training in our restaurant and should be viewed as aids to help us all (fellow team members and leaders alike) teach, train, and coach our team and ourselves on any and all opportunities in the restaurant."

• Supported staff members in their daily tasks, reducing workload burden and allowing for increased focus on higher-priority assignments.
• Gained valuable experience working within a specific industry, applying learned concepts directly into relevant work situations.

• Unloaded, sorted and stocked merchandise according to store layout and product placement.
• Answered customer questions and provided detailed product information.
• Performed inventory control, such as counting, and stocking merchandise.
