- Serve as the primary point of contact for executive scheduling, including prioritization of meetings, conflict resolution, and calendar management.
- Prepare detailed meeting agendas, reports, and presentation materials; distribute documentation in advance to ensure readiness.
- Optimize travel arrangements, including transportation, lodging, and itineraries, with a focus on minimizing disruptions during travel.
- Plan and execute virtual and in-person events such as quarterly staff meetings, town halls, and team-building activities.
- Oversee document management and digital organization through collaboration tools like MS Teams and SharePoint, ensuring accessibility and compliance with company retention policies.
- Respond to and triage communications on behalf of executives, ensuring prompt and professional responses. Administer departmental initiatives, including survey management, resource acquisition, and process improvement programs.
