I worked at Chuck E. Cheese for three years, during which I was promoted to Team 2 Trainer at 17 years old. In this role, I was responsible for training new Game Room Attendants, ensuring they understood and adhered to the company policies and procedures. The training program enhanced my team's performance, focusing on customer service, safety, and operational efficiency. I worked almost 40 hours a week while attending Pearl City High School and maintained a 3.3 GPA. My experience included coordinating and mentoring, equipment maintenance, attention to detail, clear communication, and adaptability. Through this role, I honed my leadership skills and contributed to creating a positive and productive work environment. And also, I’m a Highly motivated results oriented individual with a strong work ethic seeking a challenging position. Proven ability to work effectively in a fast paced, team oriented environment, as demonstrated by successful employment at Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers. Currently pursuing an Associate of Arts degree in Liberal Arts at Leeward Community College, developing strong critical thinking, communication, and problem solving skills.
