ACWH is one of the best hospital for children and women located in western region of Nepal.I worked there as a registered nurse in general ward,OBGYN Department, COVID ward, Inpatient and Outpatient services.

Responsibilities

-Assessed patient's needs plans and provide direct nursing care.

-Assisted and perform normal vaginal delivery.

-Provided wound care as per need of each patient.

-Administered medications and treatment as prescribed by doctor.

-Operated and monitored medical apparatus and equipments.

-Recorded patient's medical histories and symptoms,performed diagnostic tests and analyze results.

-Helped with patient's follow up and rehabilitation.
