  • As an Auto(accident) biller after the patients visit, I put in charges and send claims, Send Precertification appeal with the relevant codes and when EOB comes, for any reason if any code is been denied I send post service appeal for denied claims along with relevant documents electronically by fax. For approved claims I put in the charges. If after sending all the relevant documents still the claim is denied, I get in touch with the law firm who are representing the patient and who does PIP arbitration, and send in all the relevant documents to the law firm.
  • As an office assistant I take patients in, collect patient demographic, check insurance Eligibility, collect co-pay, deductible or self-pay charges and put in patient chart, scan all the patient documents. Attend phone calls, book appointments, answer any quires from patient
