RBA is a powerul inhouse automation tool developed in CITI, that is widely used for One Touch COB activities

Actively involved in OTR adoption by assisting clients through the entire setup process from initial consultation to full integration of the components in RBA.

Guide clients through initial setup, use of tools, explaining the process and assess their automation requirements, provide solution to their queries, gather any new requirements and address their needs.

Have involved in API integrations like ORAAS DB, ECS, Autosys tools within RBA, which ensures that RBA tool has capability to integrate with external systems in one place that helps seamless workflows and automations.

Provide training to client teams on using RBA effectively and create comprehensive documentation to ensure ongoing success.
