  • Critical tickets are IMR and need to be resolved in 4 hours timeframe
  • This is a business down issue and is resolved over continuous call with business, incident manager
  • Customer Relationships Manager (CRM) is sales frontend system, in order for best customer experience CRM is critical to be stable and running environment
  • Since all orders flow to CRM from GD, RDG stores, Point-of-Sale (POS), E-Commerce, etc; monitoring and queue clearing is critical on daily basis continuously
  • Background jobs are monitored and in case of failure this is debugged and analysed, and resolution is put in place
  • In case of Batch Job Failures, alerts are raised, and respective stakeholders are informed
  • If this is a business down issue an IMR (emergency) is triggered and stakeholders are informed
  • Functional areas covered sales order management, delivery and Billing process
  • Update known error database (KEDB) knowledge repository
  • Documentation explaining problem, problem resolution, best practices, lesson learned are put in KEDB
