Modernization of mainframe Legacy system
The scope of this project was to modernize the mainframe ACMS and the standalone JEFIS System to web enabled eCourts system. The project was initiated to cater to the needs of electronic filing, and processing Law, Special Civil and Foreclosure and cases.
Responsibilities:
· Identified and analyzed business needs and provided innovative recommendations for technology solutions.
· Reviewed and documented existing processes and reengineered “as is” and “to be” for case management systems like P/G (Promis/Gavel systems) for Criminal and ACMS (Automated Case Management Systems) to interface with eCourts that is web based modern system for CIVIL Courts
