Evaluation of Antioxidant potential of Indian medicinal plants. I worked at National Botanical Research Institute under Govt of India sponsored project " Positioning of Indian Nutraceuticals on Global Platform". In the thesis work i standardized polyphenolic testing using DPPH, Betacarotene based assays. i worked on HPLC using single run to identify polyphenolic compounds in plant extracts and co-related the results of bioassay and presence of polyphenols.
