  • Handling contractual requirement C2H (Contract To hire) Positions.
  • Sourcing, identifying, screening, short listing, interviewing; salary negotiation.
  • Source and screen candidates based upon client requirements through networking sites, job boards like (Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.), as well as internal database and referrals.
