Responsibilities:

• Design, develop and test the real time distributed software for Robotics Warehouse Automation Systems, using . NET Technology.
• Architected and integrated distributed .NET Core microservices from the ground up aligned with business requirements, improving system reliability by 20% and reducing processing latency by 15% . Modified and fine tuned algorithms to align with client needs.
• Implemented asynchronous inter-service communication using RabbitMQ, enabling event-driven workflows between different micro-services, reducing tight coupling and improving system resiliency.

Client: Progressive Auto Insurance

Project – Replacing the legacy policy administration system available on IBM Mainframe with a new web application using Microsoft .NET technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Led in design and development of new system in .NET technology incorporating the Progressive owned framework.
• Effectively led and guided a team of 5 developers through the design, development, and testing phases, ensuring project requirements were met.
• Extensively contributed to development of Mobile Telematics(UBI) in the Policy Pro application, successfully implementing this technology across both web and mobile applications.
• Coordinated with Components and Presto teams, for development as per client needs and debugging the production issues. Consumed data from different progressive external teams like quoting platforms(DAQ and FAO) , Billing, Claims, Documents.
• Worked extensively with Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipelines, release management, and work item tracking to streamline delivery for Progressive's enterprise systems.
• Integrated Azure App Services and Azure Key Vault for secure configuration management and deployment of .NET services.
• Engaged in analyzing, troubleshooting, and fixing production problems to reduce more than 90 percent of incidents. Support incident team in analysis of incidents reported in production and help in publishing the Knowledge Based Articles and Data fix.
• Implemented solution and unit test code for nearly 110 Technical and Business requirements. Engaged Low Level testing of solution provided and document results in form of Test Document.
• Led and migrated existing 5 web/wcf services into new end points (Web Api's). Implemented WEB API services for CRUD operations with HTTP verbs GET , POST , PUT and DELETE .
• Used Splunk to detect 90% errors and noisy data and fix them to improve quality and performance by 10%.
• Created around 20+ consumable templates and layouts using CSS3 , HTML5 for responsive design and write core directives for common inputs and layouts that can be reused.
• Performed End to End integration activities like code check-ins, merges, and deployments in Microsoft TFS .

Capgemini Insurance POC (Internal project)

• AgentSure, a self-help portal for agents, which provides a 360-degree view of producer lifecycle management, and access, to various tools & resources to monitor performance, access reports, view offered Products & Plans, generate new business & manage existing book of business.
• Was involved in Designing, Developing, deploying AgentSure. Angular and AWS were used to develop and deploy the portal.
