Roles and Responsibilities:

 Pioneer member appointed as a Scrum Master for managing and implementing a Digital Twin platform worth AUD 12MN for a Major Australian Oil and Gas company.
 Developed the strategy for 30+ team member formation to ensures alignment with project goals covering recruitment and onboarding of 3 teams (Mobile, API and Web) as well as overseeing logistic and administrative tasks.
 Ensured new team members are effectively integrated into the team and project.
 Supervised the rollout of the Digital Twin platform across Australia, Malaysia and USA enabling 1000+ IoT devices and probes generating a revenue of AUD 6 MN per year for the client.
 Designed a simplified interactive mobile app prototype using the Figma design tool having 5 different user flows covering 15 screens and 60 interaction points.
 Conducted about 30 sessions cultivating agile mindset for 12 cross functional teams targeting 100 members present in the Digital portfolio of the client using principles of Agile Manifesto which increased the productivity to 90-95% on time completion rate and reduced OPEX by 20%.
 Managed sprint backlog items, user stories, tasks, and bugs in the JIRA dashboard and recorded customer requirements as initiatives/ideas in AHA Tool for considerations in quarterly planning sessions. Maintained product roadmap in MURAL and provided a holistic roadmap with budgetary view to leadership.

Roles and Responsibilities:

 Founding member appointed as a Delivery Manager for managing and implementing Authorization Management Portal (Web and Progressive Web App) worth AUD 2MN for a Major Australian Oil and Gas client.
 Responsible for setting up a 10+ members team covering recruitment, onboarding of associates overseeing procurement, logistic and administrative tasks.
 Played a key role in competency setup including trainings, talent selection, grooming and develop high performers and future leaders.
 Created project plans, including scope, timeline, resources, and budget within a timeframe of 1 week resulting in smooth project kick-off.
 Implemented quality control processes which included biweekly reviews and quarterly audits to meet the required delivery quality standards and specifications.
 Prepared and implemented Business Continuity Plan (BCP) to cope up pandemic situation and ensure seamless project delivery across multiple delivery zones.
 Managed project budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring that costs remain within approved limits within (+/-) 3%. Used DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyse, Improve, Control) statistical analysis tool to maintain process improvements to enhance future project delivery.

 Awarded Special Initiative Award for actively facilitating the Covid Vaccination Drive organised by the TCS for providing vaccination to all the employees and their family members for Kolkata location in India by the Executive VP and Global HR Head.
 Took initiative to capture CSI (Customer satisfaction Index) to ensure that the delivered product or service meets the customer's requirements and expectations.
 Organised CSR activities within the account for establishing team bonding activities while associates were working remotely during the Covid lockdown period.

Roles and Responsibilities:

 Appointed as a Scrum Master for managing and implementing a Cognitive Advisor platform for the client’s enterprise system worth AUD 10MN for a Major Australian Oil and Gas customer.
 Lead and setup a 50+ team member to ensure alignment with project goals covering recruitment and onboarding of 4 teams (Web, Mobile, API and AI) from scratch. Oversaw their utilization, setting clear and objective goals, identification of priorities and action items for their competency development, reviewing their progress and conducting appraisals.
 Organised and facilitated Scrum Cadences: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-up, Backlog refinement, review and retrospective determining and removing all roadblocks so that team can deliver committed tasks on time.
 Worked with Product Owner to ensure product roadmap is understood and backlogs are well-defined.
 Managed sprint backlog items, user stories, tasks, and bugs in the JIRA dashboard.
 Adapted and planned schedules, and resource assignments to respond to emerging requirements and risks and supported a seamless rollout of the product across the Australian business entity.
 Conducted 30+ sessions, and workshops and delivered scrum training for different cross-functional teams across different lines of businesses.
 Involved in RFP (3MN-5MN proposal) submission and did deal pitch in Hungary for a Scandinavian client

Roles and Responsibilities:

 Appointed as a Business Analyst for the development of Opportunity Management and Contract Management modules in a bespoke CRM system worth EUR 7MN.
 This project was a key enabler of transformation of Sales and Marketing functions which was the core element of a multi-year change program to address several compliance workflows for a Steel Making customer based out in Netherlands and United Kingdom.
 Involved in identifying all relevant stakeholders, analysed them to understand their interests, influence, and expectations thereby establishing communication channels and engagement strategies for each stakeholder group.
 Facilitated workshops with stakeholders to grasp the business objectives, clarify the business problems and conducted feasibility study from technical, financial, operational, and legal perspectives.
 Spearheaded all Project activities including scoping detailed business requirements gathering session, charting out activity diagrams, stakeholder engagement, progress tracking and build Roadmap using Mural for product release based on MVP (Minimum Viable Product) model for European and UK regions.
 Created Business Rules spreadsheet for Opportunity Creation, Sales Stages and Approval workflow. Documented complete Lead to Order process flow including Escalation Rules, Approval flow, validation rules, Reports & Dashboards.
 Designed wireframes and prototypes using Axure Tool, collaborated with development team using TFS (Team Foundation Server).
 Performed Joint Application Development sessions along cross functional teams. Also supported the QA team, finalizing the Test Strategy, Test Conditions, authoring & execution of test scripts, defect management in VSTS for functional testing, System Testing and Integration Testing.

Roles and Responsibilities:

 Appointed as a Techno Functional Consultant to integrate MES data with BI tools to build a capability to provide comprehensive insights into manufacturing operations for a Steel Making customer based out in Netherlands. This integration allowed the steel manufacturer to transform raw production data into actionable intelligence, facilitating informed decision-making and strategic planning bringing down the wastage by 15%.
 Responsible for creating views and generating adhoc reports using TIBCO Spotfire and around 5 standard reports using SAP Business Objects and BeX Queries.
 Created custom components in TIBCO Spotfire for sufficing client requirements to generate self-service BI with defined formulas.
 Involved in business requirements analysis, report designing, development of technical specifications, testing and implementation.
 Providing online client support and demos as a part of project requirement.
 Co-ordinate with different teams (SAP BW, OWB ETL, Testing) to provide the best possible solution to the business requirement.
