I was hired as a supervisor in the Housekeeping department whose job consisted of:
- Supervise 20 people
⁠- Interview and hire
- Make schedules
- Maintain cleaning standards as required by OSHA.

• Reduced vehicle congestion by closely monitoring parking capacity and directing drivers accordingly.
• Optimized space utilization by regularly reviewing and adjusting parking lot layouts based on demand patterns.

I began my work as a Parking Valet in which, thanks to my ability and efficiency to solve parking problems in hospitals, I was able to collaborate with my supervisors by providing them with effective ideas to improve the performance and quality of service in our “Parking” facilities.

Thanks to the recommendations of my superiors, I was able to quickly advance to the position of Supervisor and then I demonstrated my ability in personnel management, again I was promoted to the position of Manager in another location where I also stood out as one of the best employees structuring ideas, solutions, and labor efficiency strategies.
