I am a firm believer that hard work and communication are the keys to a happy, healthy, and productive work environment.
In my past jobs, I tried my absolute best to make sure that everyone on my shifts was comfortable and happy, and that they were keeping up with the standards of the company. I was generally known as one of the more communicative baristas, "always complimenting guests and interacting with them," according to my manager. While I don't mean to brag, I take much pride in making customers, coworkers, and the people I interact with feel comfortable, happy, and confident.
I also really value work ethic. I make an effort to show up on time, I do my best to communicate with coworkerswhether that be in regards to my schedule (so I do not miss shifts) or with standards and expectations (so I do not leave people unsatisfied with my work or their own), because I value making the people I serve as happy as they can be, and the people I work with the best versions of themselves.
