Position: Management Analyst or Business Analyst?

Duties Monitor cost of logistics, budgets for importing containers and expenses, and

document findings to prepare recommendations for implementation of new

procedures and organizational changes. Analyze data gathered and establish

standards in workflows. Monitor logistic movement, keep up-to-date on shipping

carriers, routes and rates and any changes to them, and create customer reports.

Gather and organization information on complaints and respond to and resolve

complaints and problems related to logistics and customer accounts. Monitor open

balances with customer accounts and complete inventory and shipping related

customer projects. Plan study of work problems and procedures, such as information

flow, integrated production methods, inventory control, or cost analysis. Maintain

legal documents. Confer with shipper, vendor and management concerned to ensure

successful functioning of newly implemented procedures. Maintain legal documents

and release clearance documents. Place order into SAP system and track order status

and shipment. Conduct customer account management and perform calculations with inventory and logistics management related tasks . Apply new payment terms

for customers, track payment status, and reconcile payment status with customer.

Conduct analysis of customer payment status and payment behavior. Assess and

provide strategy to customer’s payment terms based on financial situation. Credit

memo management to customers including warranty, shipping issue, and rebate.

Salary: $55,000 per year.

Required

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor – Business Administration or a related field of study; will accept

equivalent foreign degree;
