Participating in the Global leadership program to develop into well-rounded supply chain professionals and potential future leaders across Nike Supply Chain Teams. Over the course of two years in the GLDP, I rotate/ have rotated through four significant functional areas across Market Supply Chain, Product Supply Chain and Demand Supply Management.
1. APLA Supply and Inventory Planning, DSM:
- Led a team of six through organizational changes and deliver result with constrained resource
- Supported delivery of business results for the Japan and Korea marketplace, optimizing PIFOT and managing inventory excess/shortages
- Partnered cross functionally to develop hindsight process that support seasonal supply strategy
2. NA Digital Marketplace Operation, MSC:
- Led an operational team that owns/ maintains core processes in NA SC network through SEC and organization changes
- Ensured digital node health and order book readiness for BTS and SME for SEC contingency planning
- Defined strategy and develop new tools for Inventory Cleaning Process under SEC impact with cross-functional teams
- Developed the individual team members on storytelling on data, and ensure mental wellbeing
3. Global Apparel Material Sourcing, PSC
- Leading a project on creating an internal operating model to engage cross-functional, cross-cultural stakeholder teams across product supply chain and material development to deliver sourcing goals
- Overseeing long term strategy process for one of the material classifications, participate in strategy finalization and socialization.
- Planning and facilitating workshops with cross-functional partner on brainstorming sessions, and support the creation of Top to Top content during MSS and Partner Summit
