Seeking full-time employment in management or administrative role in the long-term healthcare environment. I offer a solid foundation with 23 years of management and director leadership along with 39+ years of Nursing experience. My role as Director of Woman/Child Services has offered multiple opportunities to successfully lead teams and team participation of quality and safety initiatives. I bring understanding of the financial responsibilities, patient/family and employee satisfaction to hospital, outpatient, and long-term care environments. I have experience with strategic planning, the nursing process, and educational skills. Program development, implementation, coordination, and a commitment to life-long learning are strong traits I would bring to this role. I had the opportunity to be the Director of Nursing for Somerset’s LPN program and the role of RN Supervisor with the Cambria Care Center. Hardworking employee with customer service, multitasking, and time management abilities. Devoted to giving every customer a positive and memorable experience.
