• Manage a high volume of invoices, ensuring accurate coding and prompt approval from relevant departments.

• Responsible for the transition of Canada's AP to corporate AP. Taking on Canada's accounts payable email. Coding non-PO invoices for processing and working with Canada's procurement department to implement corporate AP's best practice policies.
• Responsible for remote deposit of checks received in AR to Dart's financial institution and uploading file to SAP for application of payments.
• Training on 1099 process for filing.

• Responsible for operating and maintaining production lines and auto machines. Producing a high level of production and quality of products while maintaining a safe work environment.
• Trained in quality control department. Responsible for conducting scheduled quality inspections on all product lines, packaging and labels. Performed testing in the quality lab, responding to any quality issues to determine if the defects merrit shutting down production lines and pulling any defective products from the floor.
