I held an Indiana real estate license until 2014 at that time the market was very slow and I needed to find more stable work. I had made a nice living until then allowing me to take some time off. I have worked for Estes for 2 years now and love my work, but my best talents are in customer relations and sales. Two years experience with Estes in a dispatch and Hub position. My job duties include but are not limited to bill control, manifesting, billing and hazmat updates, BOL's , and os&d research on bills. Driver arriving, dispatching, people net and truck issues as well as Hub production sheet reports and TBU maintenance. I also do the truck entries and damage reports for unloaded trailers arriving each day. I have strived to learn as much as I could about the LTL industry and logistics in my time with Estes.
I was with with Schneider National in Milan Michigan for over a year as a shipping supervisor. Very much enjoyed my job and the people I work with, but had been on a midnight schedule for years now and was looking for a 1st or 2nd shift position. I currently have been in charge of driver support /qualcom/scheduling/building loads/setting drivers on them and dispatching as well as manifesting and data entry in excel for reports.
