•Coordinate on-the-job training (OJT) and sign-off opportunities for fellow CASs.
• Maintain high-level customer service, fostering strong relationships with surgeons, OR and clinical teams.
• Co-host the New Hire Collaborative Group, supporting CAS onboarding and development.
• Co-creator and editor for Alcon SpotLIGHT Interview Series, implementing new protocols and templates to streamline the rollout. Successfully released 6 final interviews and hosted an additional 13 interviews in just 5 months.
• Manage multiple training sessions, product implementations, and cross-functional collaboration to enhance clinical education and support.
