- Over the course of six months, I consistently took orders with a bright attitude, fulfilled orders, kept my station clean and tidy, and ensured inventory was properly filled. I worked swiftly to stay on top of orders, and ensure customer satisfaction. Likewise, I maintained a positive attitude with customers, addressed and resolved customer concerns, and ensured customers were pleased with my service, encouraging them to come again.
- Additionally, I performed thorough cleaning and maintenance duties during closing shifts, such as sanitizing tables and countertops, sweeping and mopping, cleaning the bathrooms, taking the trash out, and cleaning and organizing all tools and utensils. I strictly followed the cleaning routine every night to ensure the store was at the highest degree of cleanliness.
