  • Work Comp requires working closely with adjusters and case managers, making sure that the patient is authorized for treatment and inputting all billing information as well. Making sure all notes and work restrictions are being sent to adjusters and case managers. Being in constant contact with patients to make sure they are being taken care of and answering all questions.
  • My position also creates the doctor’s schedules for our main clinic here in Dodge City and also for our outreach clinics in Liberal.
  • Responsible for input of patient’s payments, copays. I also create and complete the office bank deposits.
  • Help manage the receptionist area, including greeting patients and responding to telephone and in-person requests for information. Weekly responsibilities include preparing medical charts for incoming patients, filling out disability forms, ordering office supplies and medications needed for our clinics.
