  • I have served as team leader for my building for the previous 10 years. Duties for this position include scheduling, developing timelines, acting as a liaison between administration and teachers, and training new staff on institutional norms.
  • Designated T-1 teacher for four years. This teaching position provides me the opportunity to work with a small group of students, while developing and implementing lesson plans and classroom instructional strategies based upon student needs. Students qualify for this instructional class based upon teacher recommendation and academic and behavior needs. Recommendations by teachers are made based upon classroom observation, testing data, and daily classroom data. Parental involvement is a strong component to successful outcomes in this classroom.
