Summary

I have been an LPN since 1991 my first job experience was on an orthopedic floor ,followed by some years on a telemetry unit. After having my second child I had a Baylor float position working weekends. Suburban General had a tracheostomy unit with stable vents in which I floated to frequently. Here in Georgia I worked at the Medical Center/Navicent now Atrium Navicent since 2003 . Most of my years were spent in oncology however I did work a few years in a surgical office and did some prn shifts in the Infusion Center.I currently work at Atrium Heath Urgent Care. I am a hard worker usually learn quickly .I am familiar with cerner and epic healthcare software am now looking for a part-time Medical/ Coding position and eventually plan to transition to full time coding and prn nursing. Well-qualified medical professional with experience triaging patients, capturing information and completing basic procedures such as wound care. Excellent communication, prioritization and multitasking abilities with sound judgment and compassionate nature. Background in clinic and hospital environments.
