
I am an accomplished management professional with 10 years of career progression in restaurant management. My focuses and love have always been people- from hiring, onboarding, and training, to ensuring accurate schedules and a positive work environment. My love for people management and fostering relationships prove themselves in my metrics, including turnover and retention rates which were consistent through the pandemic and after, even as the rest of the industry saw major swings. After the pandemic, I remained a student, learning to market my business, adjust business plans, and practiced active community involvement while maintaining high-level operations through nights and weekends. I achieved partner candidate status at Raising Cane's and I am hoping the passion and culture I bring will allow me to fulfilll a job that will allow more flexibility for my changing personal life with new demands.
