Assess the literacy needs of students grades K-3. Conduct one on one forty-five minute tutoring sessions focusing on individual goals and objectives. Conduct ongoing evaluations of literacy improvements and communicate those results to the parents.

Teaching students ages K-3 in reading instruction. Gather, organize, and analyze student data regarding student's individual needs and progress. Collaborate with classroom teachers to meet student literacy requirements for all academic levels.

2nd and 3rd grade teacher for a private school that incorporated 21st century teaching standards including project based learning and technology. Students were challenged with higher academic requirements. Developed personal learning plans for each student and created lessons according to each student's needs.
