Communication Skills

I provide customer service with a smile. I believe any negative feedback or problems with a customer can become positive with the right attitude. I have also used that theory with any employees that I have supervised with positive results. The best advertising is word of mouth, and having a customer leave with a positive experience brings not only that customer back….but their friends and family also

Community

For the last 12 years I have volunteered with Rustic Sky's Astronomy and aided in some NASA/JPL presentations. I help provide outreach programs to schools, parks, and other public forums to show the wonders of our universe. I have an 8” telescope and love watching the expressions as people experience the craters on the Moon and the rings on Saturn for the first time
