  • Claims Management for denials with incorrect, missing or unacceptable diagnosis codes, correct error, and submit for billing purposes.
  • Process POS payments through Bank of America payment center.
  • Greeted patients professionally both in person and on the phone; quickly answering questions or properly referring questions and issues to the appropriate provider box.
