Core Responsibility #1: Perform ACES II Seat inspections, removal, installation, rebuild, and depot level maintenance on F16C/D/B/A, A10, F15 C/D models as well as applicable canopy and seat supports. Perform Egress Final.

Core Responsibility #2: Perform complete DECAD of cockpit and seat for F16C/D/B/A, A10, S3, F15C/D models as well as applicable canopy, seat supports, and hatches. Fire Cart removals on S3, T1, and H60.

Core Responsibility #3: Store, transport, inventory explosives, seat, and canopy to designated storage locations. Maintain shop tool control, HAZMAT, housekeeping and FOD protection practices. Annotates maintenance actions in aircraft forms and work control documents.

• As a Service Technician, I am tasked to respond to customer's technical service requests and complete preventative maintenance and repairs of vacant units for future residents.
• Service request could include troubleshooting and/or repairs of interior and exterior structure, appliances, tankless water heaters, plumbing and HVAC units.
• Vacant Unit turns consist of inspecting the interior and exterior of units, perform preventative maintenance, inspection, repairs, or replacement of all appliances, sink/bath plumbing, interior and exterior walls, tankless water heaters, and HVAC units.
• Core responsibility #1: Utilize meter equipment, hand, and power tools to inspect, troubleshoot, and repair appliances and basic electrical issues.
• Core responsibility #2: Implement preventative maintenance procedures and repairs of appliances, plumbing, HVAC units, and internal and external structure of vacant apartment units.
• Core responsibility #3: Log and report all maintenance actions and resident interactions on company provided systems for review.

• Core responsibility #1: Performed daily checks, inspections, and preventative maintenance on various photolithography, wet/Dry etch equipment, rotary Lapping equipment, fume hoods, compressed air dryers, chilled water systems, gas tanks and pneumatic pumps.
• Core responsibility #2: Respond to emergency requests and troubleshoot various electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic malfunctions.
• Core responsibility #3: Planned and executed facility maintenance and improvement projects as well as repair and troubleshoot facility issues.

• Core responsibility #1: Performed Inspections, maintenance, and troubleshooting actions on Egress CAD/PAD, tools, facilities, vehicles, cranes, and other equipment and machinery to facilitate aircraft ejection seat maintenance and boarding.
• Core responsibility #2: Reads and interprets manufacturer's publications, maintenance manuals and service bulletins to determine feasibility and method of repairing or replacing malfunctioning or damaged components.
