36-bed Intermediate Care Unit

• Provide comprehensive nursing care for adult patients in a 36-bed Intermediate Care Unit (IMC) with complex medical and surgical conditions requiring continuous monitoring and frequent clinical interventions.
• Nominated as a candidate for the 2026 Nightingale Awards in recognition of nursing excellence and outstanding clinical performance.
• Assess, monitor, and manage patients with cardiac, respiratory, neurological, and post-operative needs, utilizing telemetry and advanced monitoring systems.
• Administer medications, IV therapies, blood products, and other treatments in accordance with physician orders and evidence-based practice.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, respiratory therapists, pharmacists, and case managers, to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.

• Collected, reviewed, and documented COVID-19 vaccine–related adverse event reports, including suspected serious outcomes and deaths, following KCDC (Korea Disease Control and Prevention Agency) surveillance and reporting protocols.

• Coordinated timely escalation of post-vaccination mortality cases by communicating with healthcare providers and public health authorities to ensure accurate case classification and regulatory compliance.

• Maintained accurate electronic records and prepared formal incident reports for vaccine safety monitoring systems, ensuring data integrity, confidentiality, and adherence to national reporting standards.
