  • Lead, and recruit community residents of Orange County, primarily Santa Ana and Anaheim to involved in civic participation.
  • Educate and lead Promotores to plan strategies to encourage education, and civic engagement activities for

community residents.

  • Lead outreach activities and events involved with civic engagement such as door to door outreach, Hope & Energy Projects, community forums, calls to action, Get Out the Vote efforts.
  • Serve as a coach i order to provide support to other CEA Promotores in day to day activities, including providing advice, support in problem-solving, and trainings as needed
