I answer the phones and take orders, I help make the sides and sandwiches in the kitchen, I take the pizzas out of the oven and cut them up and I help make the sauce shred the cheese and sometimes help form the dough after it's done rising.
I switched off with a co-worker each week between being in the mail room and doing all the mail in the mornings and Fed-Ex's whenever they came in to being at my desk the next week to walk around the office make sure all the conference rooms were neat clean all the mugs in the kitchen, stock anything that needed to be stocked and checking the loading dock for packages.
I started off as a bagger then a month later was trained to become a cashier and after a year and a half was trained to work at self checkout where I would help customers scan things they had trouble with. After about a year I was trained to work behind the service desk where I would help customers with coupons they didn't get or do lottery tickets and keno for customers and help send money through western union.
