• I assist on site with the superintendent, I work with blue beam a lot and with prolog as well.
• I administer safety orientations and tool box talks.
• I help with anything the superintendent needs anywhere from check lists at the end of the day to calling subs to check on them and working on the drawings on blue beam.
• I also Performed regular job site observations to provide direction for all general contractor personnel.

• My responsibilities on a daily basis are to Manage the start up of the building and make sure all air handlers are running and supplying air to the floors and if they aren't I need to find out why.
• I also walk the building to make sure everything is good and nothing out of the ordinary is going on.
• I also deal with the construction aspect of the job as far as dealing with the superintendent and his needs as well as the sub contractors and there needs.
• An example would be when dealing with the sprinkler guys and I take the fire alarm panel out for them to drain and work and then turn the fire pump off so they can fill the system back up with the jockey pump.
• I also deal with the tenants of my building and what they need.
• For example my calls range from cold/hot calls to a leak in the building that I need to take care of.
• Basically any mechanical, electrical or physical is sure inside or outside the building.
