Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner and also take customer orders in a accurate way. Processing different form of payments, handling customer inquiries and resolving complaints in a professional way. At the same time collaborating with the kitchen staff to make sure every order is ready as per customer's request and on time. Also monitoring the inventory and assisting with the cleaning and other tasks as needed.

The job consisted in processing customer transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and loan payments also balance cash drawers daily and ensure accuracy in all transactions.

At the same time answering customer questions about account services, products, and policies of the bank and referring customers to appropriate bank staff for more complex services like loans or investments.

I have been working for some well known US companies like Tj-Maxx, Marshalls, Nordstrom, Ross, Macy's etc as a logistic coordinator with a warehouse in LA but with logistic offices in Albania for 5 years. The job consisted on staying connected with the customers via e-mail & phone calls for getting the new orders and also with the warehouse to prepare the orders on time as per customer's requests. And by preparing
the orders I have enhanced on a high level my abilities of using the MS Excel & Word, typing fast and accurately, good eye-catching to details, organizing the inventory of the warehouse in a professional and easy way to find anything by tiny details and keeping it updated. Also this experience served me to increase my proficiency on finding best solutions while dealing with the deadlines and tough situations.
