Key Responsibilities:

2. Perform daily walkthroughs to identify and rectify potential hazards and unsafe conditions.
3. Verify and sign excavation permits, fill daily checklists, and attach necessary Safety Information Sheets (SIS).
4. Review excavation drawings to identify underground utilities and prevent strikes.
5. Conduct Pre-Task briefings and Job-specific HSE Training.
6. Coordinate with site engineer to ensure safe excavation conditions.
7. Ensure adequate trimming and sloping of excavation according to QCS 2014.
8. Participate in inspections with consultants prior to trial pit and excavation.
9. Conduct monthly Focus inspections on safety equipment.
10. Close-out consultant's HSE Observation Reports (HSEOR) and HSE Site Work Inspection Reports (HSWIR) promptly.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Review submitted Contractor’s HSE Plans to ensure compliance with QCS 2014 requirements.
2. Verify implementation of HSE policies and ensure adherence within the work premises.
3. Ensure Traffic Diversion Plans (TDP) comply with Work Zone Traffic-Management Guide (WZTMG) and does not obstruct residences or traffic flow.
4. Conduct weekly HSE walkthroughs, providing observations and ensuring compliance with QCS 2014.
5. Perform daily site visits to enforce administrative controls for various activities including confined space, lifting, excavation, micro tunneling, and dewatering.
6. Verify risk assessments for all activities and provide daily and weekly HSE observations to the site workforce.
7. Document daily HSE project site reports and communicate findings with relevant authorities.
8. Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with project HSE requirements and contractual obligations.
9. Assess HSE performance and prepare monthly KPI reports for submission to Ashghal.
10. Conduct welfare inspections on-site and in camps, reviewing contractor reports and providing recommendations.

• Project Details - Construction of Health Center at Al Saad (Package 10)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee safety measures for elevation, ground floor, and various construction activities.
2. Maintain records of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and workers' health.
3. Conduct daily and monthly inspections of safety equipment and tools.
4. Coordinate main works including working at heights, hot works, lifting, and various installations.
5. Provide safety trainings for workers.
6. Perform gas testing for H2S presence in confined spaces.
7. Conduct weekly Toolbox Talks
8. Ensure areas are equipped with updated signage, inspection tapes, and stickers, and coordinate housekeeping efforts.
9. Issue Power Tools training cards to workers.
10. Act as an Emergency Spill Kit responder and Basic First Aid provider.
11. Participate actively in Emergency Drills and Rescue operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Monitor and report any HSE plan discrepancies to the project HSE manager and engineer in charge.
2. Conduct daily site inspections and report any unsafe work or non-compliance.

4. Manage SIMULATOR 1 and SIMULATOR 2 areas concurrently.
5. Ensure proper segregation of pedestrian and vehicle movement zones.
6. Maintain leading edge protections and adequate illumination during night shifts.

8. Ensure scaffolding installations adhere to plans and contain all required components.

Key Responsibilities:
