• Review of Federal and State Returns for US Corporations (1120) and Partnerships (1065) in accordance with applicable tax laws and timely filing of all the tax returns.
• Preparation of complex returns and building Tax return workpapers by using the client provided data.
• Preparation of provisions (Monthly & Quarterly provisions) and filing the required estimates for the client. Also, Worked on C1 Audit clients and performed Evidence gathering activity.
• Interact with US Director, Partners and Key client management team to ensure engagement specific for each engagement and gather information to resolve tax related issues and make recommendations for business and process improvements.
• Manage and train the preparers and Seniors on tax technical and Software used to prepare the tax returns.
• Manage a team of 9 tax professionals, overseeing specific tax areas on various clients to deliver the tasks in a timely manner.

• Worked in PwC Chicago for a period of 3.5 months on a client specific and helped the US team on client workpapers and Tax returns.
• Visited Clients place on a weekly basis to understand the workpapers and discuss on items that require detailed information.
• Was part of meetings with partners to understand the high-level review of returns and workpapers.
• Developed and presented tax training materials to new hires and existing senior associates, ensuring a consistent approach to tax compliance
