As Head of Growth I spearhead the development of OFFICIAL's strategic growth division by partnering with the Chief of Growth, and the Co-Founders to create a world class recruiting playbook, lead sales strategy, identify and launch expansion markets, and lead agent growth and recruiting. My ultimate responsibility is to drive net new revenue to the firm while upholding profitability targets.
