As a fulfillment associate, I am able to work in different paths. Currently I am trained in stow, pack, and problem solving. In stow, I am responsible for putting away customer’s orders so that it may be sent through the rest of the process. In pack, I am responsible for packing a customer’s order and ensuring the items will make it safely to the customer. Under the title of problem solver, I am responsible for a few jobs. My main responsibility is to fix any issues a stower may have with an order. I can be responsible for ensuring associates have properly registered the merchandise into our system from the trailers. I also am responsible for locating customer’s orders and ensuring that they receive them on time or even earlier.
