As the Activities Manager at Minerals Hotel, part of Crystal Springs Resort, I am responsible for managing and motivating team members, planning and organizing day-to-day activities, overseeing all aspects of the hotel guest activities and events that they can participate in, as well as keeping record of all inventories and making sure the equipment is maintained

Part of my responsibilities include:

  • Interviewing, hiring, training and terminating team members as needed
  • Coordinate holidays and special and corporate events with the Activities Director and Sales representatives
  • Book banquet rooms for daily activities and other events
  • Coordinate with entertainers (musicians, magicians, mentalists, etc.) and keep them informed about rooms, AV and payments
