Assessed pre-operative patients by telephone, and decided if the patient are candidates for ambulatory center. Obtain clearance, notes, or/and necessary tests when the patient have chronic and stable conditions. Assessed patients face to face in fast-paced environment for endoscopies procedure. Inserted peripheral IVs, monitored vital signs, performed conscious sedation, assisted in OR procedures, maintained scopes. Recovered patients after conscious sedation, monitor vital signs. Organized in maintaining patient paperwork: history and physicals, physician orders, vital signs, progress notes, patient consents, discharge documents.

Provide ongoing assistance to physicians and geriatric care professionals from routine appointments to crisis managements care.
