Ariana Lovato

I supported the delivery of consistent, high-quality recreation programs by leading and organizing daily activities, supervising children at program sites, playgrounds, and on field trips, and ensuring their safety during participation, pickup, drop-off, and bus transport. I assisted with preparing and maintaining facilities such as the Landa Recreation Center to meet safety standards and comply with City, State, and Federal requirements. I completed required documentation such as behavior and incident reports, monitored program enrollment, and performed basic grounds-keeping and janitorial tasks. I also carried out additional duties as needed to support overall camp and recreation operations.

As a Group Leader for Club 360, I implemented program activities for participants while upholding the organization’s mission and purpose. I provided customer service to children, parents, staff, and community members, and managed site resources to ensure proper facility use. My work involved supervising children, following scheduled activities, keeping accurate attendance for safety, and using positive behavior strategies to maintain a professional and supportive environment. I communicated with parents about their child’s experience, documented important program occurrences, and consistently practiced safety procedures to maintain a secure space. I also attended required trainings, applied new skills, and regularly evaluated my performance to support high-quality program delivery.

At Collin County Adventure Camp, I led outdoor education and adventure activities for youth and school groups, including hiking, archery, canoeing, and team-building. I ensured a safe and supportive environment through active supervision, consistent safety practices, and appropriate responses to behavioral or environmental concerns. I also promoted personal growth, teamwork, outdoor skill development, and environmental education through lessons on nature and conservation.
