Plan weekly staff resources (within budget) for medical imaging device installations in hospitals based on the teams' location and modality specific qualifications.
Ensure that the schedule are created with geographic locations of the teams, their qualifications and future projects in mind to maximize cost efficiencies and rest periods of the team.
Collaborate with various leaders of the operations department and external customers (Vendors/Carriers) and confirm relevant project information.
Provide project updates and communicate closely with the field teams and our customers.
Handle and HOC schedule adjustments for last-minute project changes.
