Lifting weights, concerts at Red Rocks, and loving my dog

When I have the time I like to take care of my physical health by lifting weights, and learning the science behind how the human body is so resilient in terms of physical fitness. I also love most music and when I can see them play live at Red Rocks it makes the world come alive. Lastly, I love the simple things like laying with my dog and taking her on hikes.
