Provide basic infant care such as diaper changes, positioning, swaddling, and comfort measures.

Maintain a clean and safe environment by cleaning incubators, warmers, and equipment according to protocol.

Assist nurses and the care team with procedures, supplies, and transporting infants when needed.

Stock and organize supplies in patient rooms and common areas.

• Monitor and record vital signs (BP, HR, RR, temperature, SpO₂) and report abnormalities promptly.
  Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, toileting, grooming, feeding, and mobility.
  Assist with patient mobility—turning, repositioning, transfers, and ambulation—to prevent falls and pressure injuries.
  Maintain patient safety, using fall precautions, bed alarms, and proper equipment.
  Perform glucose checks and other point-of-care testing as assigned.
