- When it came to having a great sale, you have to build and share your own thoughts to but also the customer is always right and first

- Another thing we have is commission , so our manager sets goals for us for our shifts and what we have to get hourly in order to get our commission.

- Implant crowns are also another option I've worked with more for singular teeth

- Whenever a patient came up to check out after a appointment , I would take care of insurances and payments , and make there following appointment.

- Working in the pharmacy at Walgreens was a great opportunity for me
- In the pharmacy I learned how to fill prescriptions and communicate on and off the phone with customers to help them answer any questions they had
- Not only did I get to learn a new skill, but I also got more one on one time with customers
- This benefited me because I learned how to create a trusting bond with every customer
- Another thing I had to deal with being a pharmacy technician, I had to call other physicians offices and talk to them about medication, and sometimes appointments scheduling check ups for prescribing medications
- When COVID hit I had to schedule appointments for the shots & the second dosage
- Also, being a pharmacy technician i learned how to help people out with insurance issues
- Whenever a customer came in and there medication did not cover with there insurance i had to make sure that they had the right insurance
- Now, if the insurance did not cover it then i had to call there insurance and figure out why
- During my course of working in pharmacy i took a lot of phone calls as well, i made appointments for patients at the doctors offices and spoke to there physicians
- I took this job very seriously and i loved the experience and the environment.
