Dedicated and driven public health major with a solid foundation in retail operations. Adept at demonstrating exceptional problem-solving skills and delivering outstanding customer service. Proven ability to thrive in high-pressure environments while maintaining a compassionate and patient-centered approach. Passionate about advancing to Physician Assistant (PA) school, with a strong commitment to improving patient outcomes through evidence-based practices and interdisciplinary collaboration. Seeking opportunities to leverage my clinical experience and public health knowledge with a willingness to be a part of a proactive and committed team.
My responsibilities as an expeditor include replenishing all necessary products needed on the floor to maintain proper guest experience. This includes properly taking inventory on what is on the floor for guests to see, as well as keeping track of what products are in the back. I also handled high volume of orders through "Buy Online Pickup In Store" orders, as well as "Ship From Store" orders. Lastly, I worked with supervisors and other expeditors and educators to understand supply needs while unboxing new product that can be properly arranged both in the back of the store as well as on the floor for accurate inventory.
As a guest advocate, I handled returns and exchanges professionally, while maintaining positive interactions and relationships with both the guests and fellow co-workers. I also assisted in "Order Pickups" and "Drive Ups" by accurately gathering guest items, bagging them, and handing them to the guest either in person or at their car. I also aided in assisting other departments when in need such as Starbucks, Target Beauty, and Target Fulfillment. Lastly, as a guest advocate, I provided prompt assistance at checkout counters, reduced wait times during peak hours, and helped with any needed training for newer employees.
