
Worked with the administrative team at a Homeowners Association Management company and maintained critical business relationships to ensure consistent quality performances while investigating and resolving any discrepancies, to make the clients feel at ease.
Managed data and case files at a non-profit legal advice center, helped staff assist clients who were dealing with housing, immigration, homelessness, welfare benefits and debt problems. Made calls to clients, sponsors, and government entities, utilized Microsoft Excel, and researched and advertised welfare programs for clients to further help their unique, and at times difficult, situations.
Planned, pitched, organized and marketed Ironfire events to increase brand awareness to help grow the existing customer base, while facilitating the daily operations of the day to day business. All while emphasizing the essence of community and the benefit of group workspaces.
Collaborated with teacher to devise and implement new, developmentally advanced curriculum aligning with my Senior Research Project about Early Literacy in Pre-School aged children.
