I have become so passionate about educating children in the upper elementary grades using various activities and organizational tools. I have mastered developing lesson plans using Google Slides, creating effective formative and summative assessments using the district curriculum, and navigating our online learning management system to organize lesson plans for students and parents. My strong organizational skills allow me to effectively master the curriculum and ensure student success. I firmly believe that having strong classroom management and a safe classroom community is the first step in promoting high student learning and achievement.
